LOSSAN Board of Directors

The LOSSAN Rail Corridor Agency is governed by an 11-member Board of Directors composed of elected officials representing rail owners, operators, and planning agencies along the rail corridor between San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo.  The LOSSAN Board meets monthly.

LOSSAN Technical Advisory Committee

The LOSSAN Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) reviews, on behalf of the LOSSAN Board, technical issues associated with improvements in passenger rail service and related facilities in the LOSSAN rail corridor.  The TAC membership includes representatives from each LOSSAN voting and ex-officio agency, as well as representatives from the California Public Utilities Commission, BNSF Railway, Union Pacific Railway, Metrolink and the Federal Railroad Administration.  The LOSSAN TAC meets monthly.
