Start with coffee and a pastry at Ellies Table at the historic Egan House. It's a short stroll south on Camino Capistrano. The coffee is worth the walk and the pastries are outstanding.
Spend time antiquing at The Old Barn Antique Mall. This hidden treasure is a short block away from Ellies Table. Dealers offer a wide variety of collectables and antiques. Open 10 am to 5 pm.
Treat yourself to lunch at Trevor’s at the Tracks. Located in the old train depot. Dine indoors, or outside on their patio. Select from a menu which is “locally acquired and globally inspired.”
Enjoy a quick detour across the tracks in the Los Rios Historic District. There are fun shops to explore or you can duck into Hidden Coffee House for a cold brewed iced latte for the trip home.
