Called “Driving Toward Excellence,” the report reflects the high standards and significant accomplishments that are the continuous hallmarks of the express lanes. Milestones achieved during the past fiscal year include refinancing bonds to save millions over the coming years and a ratings upgrade that makes the 91 Express Lanes one of the only single-asset managed lanes toll facilities in the “AA” category.
