    The Orange Freeway (SR-57) from Lambert Road to Tonner Canyon Road is an important truck route and an integral part of Southern California’s freeway network. This project requires coordination between OCTA and Los Angeles Metro, two Caltrans Districts (7 and 12) and the cities in the project area, to study the addition of a truck climbing lane to enhance freeway operations and improve regional circulation of goods and services along this segment of northbound SR-57. This project length is approximately 2.5 miles.
