• Five is the magic number required to start a vanpool
• Riders will need to meet at a common pickup point near their home, share a common schedule and work at the same worksite or neighboring worksites
• All vanpools are required to be American with Disabilities (ADA) compliant. Accessible vehicles are available upon request.

• One centralized pickup spot is ideal but multiple pickups may be arranged depending on the preferences of the group
• Park and Ride lots are safe places for vanpoolers to park their cars throughout the day. Please check all lot restrictions before parking

• Each group is required to have one driver, although having multiple is recommended, that passes a basic DMV check
• Each group is also required to have one lease signer that is required to pass a basic credit check

• All vehicles eligible for OCTA assistance must lease a vehicle on a month-to-month basis through our trusted partner. Currently Commute with Enterprise is our sole vendor.

  Commute with Enterprise, a division of Enterprise Rent-A-Car, was founded in 1994 and has become a national leader in servicing both individual vanpool groups and large employer work sites

• Our contracted vehicle provider will be able to assist you with the process but you can make sure you qualify by viewing our program guidelines. (Spanish, Vietnamese)
• Please fill out the vanpool application - 1 per group (Spanish, Vietnamese)
• Please have each vanpool participant fill out the participant agreement form (Spanish, Vietnamese)
